> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.raycaster.ai/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Keyboard Shortcuts > Master Raycaster's keyboard shortcuts for maximum productivity ## Global Shortcuts ### Navigation * Most navigation is done through clicking interface elements * Use browser navigation (Alt + Left/Right) for back/forward ### Content Creation * Use the interface buttons to create new sheets, pages, and documents * No keyboard shortcuts currently available for content creation ## Sheet Shortcuts ### Right click on a sheet: Cell Actions Pn ### Navigation * **`Ctrl + F`** (or `Cmd + F` on Mac) - Search within sheet * Use mouse/trackpad to navigate within sheets * Scroll to navigate large sheets ### Selection * Use checkboxes to select individual rows * Hold Shift + click for range selection * Hold Ctrl/Cmd + click for multiple selection * Click "Select All" to select all rows ### Copying and pasting * Use Ctrl/Cmd + C to copy cell values * Use Ctrl/Cmd + V to paste in cell values ### Editing * Click on cells to edit them * **`Enter`** - Confirm edit * **`Escape`** - Cancel edit * Use interface buttons for actions like delete ### Research * Use the "Research" button in the toolbar for batch research * Configure research through column settings * No keyboard shortcuts available for research operations ## AI Assistant ### Access * Click the AI Assistant button (sparkles icon) in the bottom right * **`Escape`** - Close AI panel when open * Type messages and press Enter to send * No dedicated keyboard shortcuts for AI features ## Data Management ### Filtering and Sorting * Use filter buttons in column headers * Click column headers to sort * Use the filter interface for complex filtering ### Import/Export * Use "Import CSV" button for importing data * Use "Export" button for downloading data * No keyboard shortcuts available for import/export
